Do not give up

No matter how hard things become, do not give up. Keep doing your best even if no one would appreciate. Some may even discourage you from doing the things you are great at. There will always be one or two people in your life who would like to enumerate all the cons and the reasons why what you’re doing isn’t a good idea. But whatever happens, if it is something worth working on, do not give up, rewards will follow. πŸ™‚

Have a great day!

  1. Oh Mel!! This is another excellent one from you–and I’d like to reblog it a bit later in the day, okay? It is so meaningful to me, and I KNOW it will be for others–such a great blessing of encouragement, which all of us need, truly! Thanks so much for your faithfulness–God bless you abundantly!!

    1. I always love reblogs. Thank you so much for sharing Caddo!! It seems we all need the same things in general, and it’s yet another attempt by me to inspire myself and others. I’m glad it worked. Thank God! Bless you too, for thinking of others as well. ~ πŸ˜€

  2. Last night (obviously before I read this post). I had a dream in which I bought a hat (that looked just like the one in your dream) for a man. He was so encouraged by the hat, and I knew the hat had a special significance. I often think of my writing as sowing seeds into the souls of others. I know the Lord wanted me to see your post. I will not give up watering my dreams. Thanks for watering yours :).

    2. Wow…when I read your comment, I remembered a song that moved and broke my heart when I first hear it.

      That Hat

It’s about wanting to buy a hat so badly in a store for a love one but can’t buy one because of poverty. A heartbreaking message. 😦

      1. Melonaide, I just listened to the song and was very touched. What a precious song. You helped me to find another piece of my dream’s puzzle. In the dream, the man was very poor. WOW! The Lord must be trying to tell me something. Thank you again.

Here’s another encouraging post from Mel–God’s word to me (I can testify that His rewards are truly amazing, fun too!), and I’ll just bet it’s for someone else out there too! God bless you all, as you stay strong and do not give up.

Since I am not up to much writing lately, I will share someone else’s work I am appreciating right now. 30-minute art by “Melonaide.” Because it made me smile. Hope it does you, too! Happy Sunday!

      1. You submit your post link by pushing the icon “Submit your “Add your Link.” Then, enter your post’s url, then the title of your post in the next space. Your email in the third will not show. Then you will be taken to a window in which you select the picture you want to represent your post. Select the photo and it will take a few seconds before you need to refresh your browser to see your photo. It is a fun way to share your posts with other creative people. I use this on some of my posts. Let me know if you need further help.
